These terms are an agreement between you and Coastal Card Collective LLC ("we", "us"), the company that operates CardHuntr, for the CardHuntr website and apps (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What CardHuntr is
CardHuntr finds trading-card listings on eBay that match the cards you want, the sellers you follow, and the market prices we track, and notifies you. Every listing belongs to its eBay seller. Buying is done on eBay, under eBay's own terms, between you and the seller. CardHuntr is not a party to any purchase, does not bid, buy or make offers for you, and is not affiliated with eBay Inc.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account per person. Do not share an account or resell access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from Billing in the app; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
- If we change a price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
- Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong on our side, email us and we will put it right.
4. Acceptable use
Do not:
- scrape, copy or redistribute the listing data, prices or alerts the Service shows you, or use them to build a competing product;
- use automated tools to access the Service other than the apps we provide;
- interfere with the Service, other users, or the third-party services it relies on;
- use the Service for anything unlawful.
5. Data from other services
Listing information comes from eBay's developer APIs and is shown for a limited time; a listing may have sold, changed or ended since the alert was sent, so check it on eBay before you rely on it. Market prices come from PriceCharting and SportsCardsPro and are estimates. CardHuntr does not provide financial, investment or appraisal advice. Buying decisions are yours.

Links to eBay carry eBay Partner Network tracking, and we may earn a commission when you buy. This does not change the price you pay or which listings we show you. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
7. Our content
The Service, including its software, design and catalog, belongs to Coastal Card Collective LLC or its licensors. You may use it only as these terms allow. Card names, set names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running and alerts timely, but we do not promise that every listing will be found, that alerts will arrive within any particular time, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. We may change or withdraw features, and will tell you if a change materially reduces what your plan includes.
9. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where practical. Sections 5, 7, 10 and 11 survive termination.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or for anything that happens in a transaction on eBay. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina. Nothing in this section takes away rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the place where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we will notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new terms.
